9Questions for an easier diagnosis

2 simple automations

Seasonal tyre-change reminder

Tools: Google Sheets + Brevo (free plan) · about 1 hour the first time, then 10 minutes per season

  1. In Google Sheets, create a table with the columns: name, email or phone, vehicle, tyre size, where the tyres are stored, consent to notifications (yes/no).
  2. Add the customers who store tyres with you. You have a reason to send reminders about tyres you store; for marketing messages you need consent.
  3. Prepare the message text with the “Seasonal tyre-change reminder” prompt above.
  4. Export the table as CSV and import it into Brevo (Contacts → Import contacts). Create an email campaign with the prepared text and schedule it for the chosen date.
  5. Each season you only update the table and send the campaign again – the text is already done.

Online booking form for a service

Tools: Google Forms (free) · about 30 minutes

  1. In Google Forms, create a form with the questions: name, phone, vehicle and registration, what needs doing, preferred day.
  2. Under Responses, click the three dots and turn on “Get email notifications for new responses”.
  3. Add the form link to your Google Business Profile (Booking or Website button), your Facebook page and your email signature.
  4. Link the responses to a Google Sheet (“Link to Sheets” button) so all bookings are in one place.
  5. Call the customer or send an SMS to confirm the appointment. For the confirmation text, adapt the “Your car is ready” prompt.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI diagnose a vehicle?

No. AI can help you understand a description of the problem and prepare questions for the customer, but the diagnosis is always made by a mechanic who inspects the vehicle.

Are the prices and figures in an AI-written quote correct?

AI only uses the numbers you give it. Check every quote before sending it – especially prices, VAT and totals.

Am I allowed to send customers service reminders?

For notifications related to an existing service (e.g. stored tyres), usually yes. For promotions and marketing messages you need the customer's explicit consent.
