Frequently asked questions

Can I send newsletters to customers if I have their email from an invoice?

For marketing messages you need clear consent. The easiest way to get it is a form with a consent checkbox, as described in the first automation.

Are AI-written product descriptions accurate?

AI writes based on the information you give it. Check materials, sizes and features – especially for food, cosmetics and children's products.

Can AI help with an online shop too?

Yes, with product descriptions, categories, newsletters and replies to customers. Setting up an online shop is a separate project.
